Profhilo® - The first of its kind.
A revolutionary 'beneath the skin' hyaluronic acid moisturising treatment, made with the patented NAHYCO® technology. It contains one of the highest concentrations of HA on the marker (64mg/2ml). An advanced injectable hyaluronic acid treatment designed to improve skin hydration, elasticity, and firmness.
This bio-remodeling treatment uses a patented technology called NAHYCO® to create hybrid complexes of high and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (HA), which stimulates collagen and elastin production in the skin, attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin. Profhilo® is commonly used for areas with skin laxity, such as the face, offering a lifting, tightening, and hydrating effect.
Procedure
The procedure for the Profhilo® skin booster involves assessing the treatment area, cleansing the skin, and then injecting this specialised hyaluronic acid-based solution into the skin using the BAP technique with fine needles.
The injections are performed deep into the dermal layer, targeting areas where skin quality, texture, and hydration need improvement. By enhancing moisture retention and stimulating collagen and elastin production, Profhilo® helps to restore skin firmness and radiance. During the treatment, 5 specific injection points are chosen to maximize the diffusion of the product and ensure comfort. It is a minimally invasive procedure with minimal downtime, typically requiring two sessions spaced 28 days apart.

Timeline and Expected Results
On average, skin booster treatment results last for up to six months with visible improvements in skin texture, hydration, and firmness seen after just two sessions, with the second session usually occurring 28 days after the first. However, the time it takes to see results depends on your body's production of collagen and elastin, and the reason for the treatment.
It is recommended to repeat sessions every 6 months to improve results.

Precautions and possible side effects
After the procedure, some mild swelling or redness may occur at the injection sites, but these effects are temporary and will fade within a few days. They can also be minimised with proper aftercare, such as applying ice to reduce swelling, staying hydrated, and following other post-treatment instructions.
